Shipping Charges

1. Prepaid orders above ₹1299 qualify for free shipping.
2. Prepaid orders of ₹1299 or less will have a ₹ 60 shipping fee.
3. All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry a ₹60 shipping charge.

Damaged Items

If you receive a Viralhomepicks product that is damaged—either in its outer packaging or the item itself—please ensure you record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This video must show the condition of the packaging and the product inside to be considered valid proof.

2. A brief description of the issue
3. The unboxing video clearly shows the damage

This video proof is mandatory for any return, refund, or exchange request due to product damage.
